About the Role

We are looking for aSales Director to help drive the expansion of Kama Capital's institutional business. This role focuses ononboarding and managing brokers, hedge funds and proprietary firms working directly under theGlobal Head of Institutionalto execute the firm's growth strategy.

The ideal candidate bringsan active book of institutional relationships, a deep understanding ofliquidity and trading infrastructure, and at least10 years of experiencein the institutional brokerage or financial markets sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of institutional clients includingintroducing brokers, funds, and white-label partners.
  • Leverage yourexisting relationships and networkto acquire new institutional business.
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Institutional to align sales efforts with broader commercial objectives.
  • Negotiate liquidity arrangements, pricing structures, and partnership terms with institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, technology, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and robust service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor performance, and new opportunities to support Kama Capital's institutional strategy.
  • Represent the firm atindustry events and networking opportunities, enhancing brand and client visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience ininstitutional or B2B saleswithin financial markets (CFD, FX, or liquidity provision).
  • Strong existing network ofinstitutional clients and industry relationships.
  • Deep understanding ofliquidity aggregation, pricing models, and market microstructure.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed commercial targets.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
