Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our consulting sales function across government and enterprise sectors. This role requires a strong background in consultative selling, strategic account management, and building long-term client partnerships within the technology and cybersecurity space.

The Sales Director will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and working closely with delivery, presales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales strategy for technology consulting, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with government, semi-government, and large enterprise clients.
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles including RFPs, RFQs, and framework agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and report performance to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team, setting clear targets and performance expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven experience selling technology consulting, cybersecurity, or digital transformation services.
  • Strong exposure to government or regulated-sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, data, or enterprise architecture domains (commercial understandingnot technical delivery).
  • Existing network within government or large enterprise accounts in KSA.
