Sales Director - Dubai

Position Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and client acquisition for payroll, HR outsourcing, and compliance solutions. This role leads the regional or global go-to-market strategy, builds strong client relationships, and partners closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class workforce administration services.

The Director plays a key role in positioning the company as a trusted advisor in multi-country payroll, statutory compliance, social security, workforce mobility, and employer services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for payroll and social security products across assigned markets.
  • Achieve annual revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets.
  • Identify new market segments, strategic accounts, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong value propositions based on compliance, efficiency, and digital transformation.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and targeted prospecting.
  • Lead high-value enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation and close.
  • Present complex payroll and social security solutions tailored to client needs

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on payroll governance, social security regulations, and workforce compliance.

Experience

  • 812+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling payroll, HR services, SaaS HR/payroll systems, or compliance solutions.
  • Strong track record in consultative B2B enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience managing sales teams.

Skills

  • Strong sales negotiation, account management, and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including C-suite engagement.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial acumen.
