Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Director will oversee the sales department, develop effective sales strategies, set and achieve revenue goals, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and acting as a key representative for the company in sales presentations, meetings, and events. The Sales Director will also analyze sales performance data to drive team success and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in guiding and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of the luxury real estate market, preferably with experience in sales within the real estate sector.
  • Analytical abilities to assess market trends, sales data, and performance metrics for strategy refinement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in sales/real estate is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in Dubai or thorough knowledge of the local market is highly advantageous.
