Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our real estate sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate sales leadership, deep knowledge of the Dubai property market, and proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

Lead, manage, and mentor sales managers, team leaders, and property consultants to ensure high performance and productivity.

Set sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance standards aligned with business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, landlords, and key industry partners.

Oversee property inventory, pricing strategies, and product positioning in the market.

Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to adapt sales plans accordingly.

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and all applicable real estate laws in Dubai.

Drive lead generation strategies, broker collaborations, and partnership opportunities.

Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent to build a motivated and professional sales force.

Analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations tomanagement.

Handle high-value client negotiations and oversee closing of major deals.

Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.

At least 3+ years in a Sales Director / Head of Sales / Senior Sales Manager role within a real estate brokerage or developer company.

Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and property sales processes.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
