Role Description:
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy across multiple business units. This role involves leadership of sales teams, business development, revenue growth, key account management, and close coordination with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee sales performance across multiple business units and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers and sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing on branding, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with Operations and Finance to optimize pricing, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 812 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple business units or regions.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
