About Our Client


Our client is a financial service provider focused in providing advanced FinTech based services to brokers, banks, asset managers and FinTech service provider. They operate a global trading and investment platform and serve regulated institutions via multiple broker-dealer licenses across the globe. They also provide services to financial institutions in a B2B and B2B2C revenue sharing model and operates in a highly competitive industry with ongoing innovation and disruption driven by technology.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets within the financial services industry.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's client base in Dubai.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organisational goals.
  • Analyse market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and finalise agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the FinTech/Capital market space in the region with exposure to US, Europe or Asia
  • Experience in working for an innovative retail broker or a FinTech that service large number of customers will be a major advantage
  • Excellent understanding of the traditional assets and digital assets space
  • In-depth understanding of
    • Trading and operational aspects of brokerage and asset management
    • Capital market technology including front to back brokerage and asset management systems
    • High level understanding of open API framework
    • Regulatory aspects that affect global capital markets
    • B2B/B2B2C sales and marketing and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
