Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand partnerships across wellness partners, insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, and corporate health programs.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue and growth targets are achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to meet market needs.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance and healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and strengthen go-to-market approaches.
Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Secure and expand partnerships with insurers and healthcare providers to integrate services into health plans and clinical offerings.
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with healthcare and corporate clients.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting growth.
- Support market expansion efforts across the UAE and KSA, leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and driving a performance-led culture.
- Implement best practices for sales operations, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and product teams to enhance service quality and delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a background selling a range of products or services to corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare providers.
- Strong network in insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, and corporate health programs in the UAE (KSA experience is a plus).
- Experience in designing and selling value propositions for healthcare services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to market dynamics.
- Experience managing and scaling sales teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
