The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales. Key day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, assisting with product selections, and executing effective sales strategies. The role also includes maintaining organized records of transactions and contributing to the team's sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and teamwork
• Experience in customer service and resolving customer concerns effectively
• Proven skills in sales and sales management to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in training and guiding team members is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
• Proficiency in relevant sales tools and technology is an advantage
• Prior experience in retail or home appliances is preferred
