Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Employee will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, preparing presentations, providing customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with team members and stakeholders to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, client relationship management, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and market research
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is an asset but not mandatory
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic work setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
