This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee specializing in Life Insurance at MetLife Gulf, located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Employee will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer insurance needs, offering tailored life insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role requires providing excellent customer service, supporting clients throughout the insurance process, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while promoting the company's products and values.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales, with a proven capability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, including knowledge of life insurance products and market trends
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities
• Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance and sales are a plus
• Experience in the Gulf region or similar markets is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a dynamic work environment
