Job Brief:

TheSales Engineer Water Treatment Componentswill be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the Water Treatment Components Division. The role requires strong technical knowledge, sales ownership, and accountability across forecasting, planning, collections, and market development activities. The position involves extensive fieldwork and coordination across internal divisions to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and accountability for all day-to-day sales activities and outcomes within the assigned territory.
  • Securemore than 80% of sales from core business productsthrough effective product offering diversification.
  • Prepare and submit asales planaimed at strengthening and expanding business with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and submit a3-year business plan, updated twice yearly and submitted by the end ofQ2 and Q4.
  • Prepare and submitsales forecast reportson a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Submittrip reportsfor each business-related visit conducted within or outside the assigned territory.
  • Invest maximum effort and resources to achieve the division'sdaily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Divert and share sales leads with other team members or divisions in line with internal policies.
  • Proactively lead and participate inmarket surveysto identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Take full responsibility fordue payments, receivables, collections, and money transactionsin accordance with company requirements.
  • Shoulder responsibility for achieving assignedquarterly individual KPIs.
  • Actively contribute to the development ofyearly, quarterly, and monthly sales budgets.
  • Ensure compliance withISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
  • Demonstrate readiness to support or fill in forsales-related assignmentswithin the assigned or other territories when required.
  • Conduct regularfield visitsand demonstrate full readiness to meet clients and prospects acrossAbu Dhabi and other locationsas required.
  • Maintain continuous focus on meeting or exceeding all assignedsales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum2 years of experiencein sales within thewater treatment or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment components and solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and collections.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development activities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
