Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

  • To sell agricultural products to corporate/retail customers and maximize sales by taking new orders to surplus the business of division.

Job Accountabilities:

Promote, market, and sell products or services, and to close deals.

Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets.

Provide complete information on products, services and offers to the customers.

Understands the major market trends.

Confer with customer regarding installation, set-up, or layout of agricultural equipment and machines.

Implement the unique prospective to reaching out new potential clients for increasing the sales and follow up on previous sales calls.

Prepare quotation for the clients and submit the invoices to the accounts department.

Prepares daily call report for submission to the sales manager.

Responsible for ensuring proper coordination for delivery of the products.

Responsible for proper customer account maintenance, including contract management, logistics and A/R.

Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.

Collect PDC, LPO, cash from customers and issue manual receipts.

Responsible for effective coverage of the assigned territory.

Follows the quality assurance procedures.

Qualifications & Education

Degree or Diploma in any stream.

Experience

Minimum 3years of experience in the similar role within Agriculture products.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Strong marketing skills, Computer knowledge.

Driving license.
