Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position located in Qesm El Doki. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks will include understanding and addressing clients technical and business needs, presenting products and solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical products and solutions.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer requirements and effectively convey solutions.
• Strong capabilities in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in technical knowledge relevant to the products and industries served by Aman Trading Co.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the industrial sector and experience working with clients from a variety of industries is an advantage.
