Job Purpose
Responsible for efficient and profitable sales of product relevant to the business segment, achieving sales targets, whilst delivering highest level of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving business financial targets (Revenue, Gross profits & Units Sales).
- Work with the Sales Manager on sales strategy/plan to improve market share and ensure its execution.
- Develop a sufficient knowledge of customers needs and understand different buying behaviors to deliver the right solution.
- Address customer concerns/problems and ensure it is resolved amicably and promptly.
- Create product awareness and conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales numbers.
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Develop & execute business plan with Sales Manager the and monitor achievement to align with the annual operating budget and sales targets are met.
- Develop with the Sales force, individual call plan and ensure its execution for effective and proper market coverage.
- Develop and execute self call plan.
- Provide input to inventory needs and ensure there is adequate inventory to meet market needs whilst achieving inventory turnover target.
- Ensure inventory is kept in good condition and properly stored and secured.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid aged inventory situation.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
- 2-4 years experience in Sales
- Excellent Communication in both English and Arabic
- Flexible
- Good analytical and reporting skills
