This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Engineer at Benzol Lighting LLC, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, delivering technical presentations, collaborating with design and production teams, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Proficient in Sales and Customer Service practices
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical presentations and propose effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Previous experience in the lighting or similar industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
