Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales for HVAC products, spare parts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Identify and secure HVAC project opportunities (commercial, residential, industrial).
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and end users to promote company solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, cost estimations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and provide technical clarifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience (products, maintenance & projects).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, FCU, ducting, ventilation, etc.).
  • Experience handling project tenders and maintenance contracts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
