Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position based in New Cairo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales process, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting sales teams in achieving targets. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will address technical inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with the ability to provide technical insights and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Technical Support to address and resolve specific client concerns.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Experience in the HVAC or renewable energy industries is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
