Role Summary:

The Technical Sales Engineer at EFIKA is a critical interface, operating at the intersection of strategic market development and technical field execution. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging with mega-scale solar projects, translating complex technical challenges into innovative EFIKA solutions, and driving commercial growth through expert consultation, negotiation, and strategic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients for mega-scale solar projects, effectively translating complex technical challenges into tailored EFIKA solutions.
  2. Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert on EFIKA's in-house IoT and robotic technologies, providing clear and comprehensive technical consultations to prospective clients.
  3. Field Engagement: Conduct frequent on-site visits to project locations, actively engaging with clients and operational teams to assess needs and present solutions in real-world environments.
  4. Sales Strategy & Market Feedback: Contribute to the refinement of EFIKA's sales strategy by providing real-time market feedback and insights derived from technical performance analysis.
  5. Performance Reporting: Prepare and present precise, data-driven reports on sales progress, market trends, and client requirements to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Professional Experience:

13 years of proven success in a technical sales, sales engineering, or similar commercial role within the Solar Energy sector.

Demonstrated understanding of market dynamics, key industry players, and critical pain points in solar operations.

Commercial Acumen:

A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and a drive for results.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.

Capacity for strategic thinking to overcome commercial hurdles.

Mobility:

Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is required.

Genuine willingness and ability to travel frequently across Egypt to project sites.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

Dynamic and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and focus
