Job Title:Sales Engineer - Electrical Equipment

Reports to:Sales Director

Location:Dubai, UAE

Travel Requirement:Business travel across the Middle East region

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to promote our electrical equipment products in the Middle East market. This role will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for client engagement, technical communication, and project support to ensure successful project implementation.

Conduct sales and promotion of electrical equipment products in the Middle East region;

Learn and master company product knowledge to effectively present features and advantages to clients;

Engage in technical discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;

Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution;

Support the sales team in project tracking, bidding, and contract finalization;

Travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry exhibitions, and participate in technical exchanges.

Basic knowledge of the electrical industry and familiarity with electrical equipment and related technologies;

Strong learning ability to quickly grasp new products and technical information;

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams;

Basic understanding of the Middle East market, culture, and business environment;

Fluent in English, as it is the working language;

Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East region;

Team-oriented, responsible, and results-driven.

Proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a plus;

Previous sales or project experience in the electrical equipment industry within the Middle East;

Familiarity with the Middle East power market and client needs.

Base salary + commission structure (negotiable based on experience);
