Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships for projects. This role involves technical sales, project management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meets Sales targets for the assigned area through our partners and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and winning deals.
  • Provide in-depth technical support to the sales team for complex projects, including understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and delivering product demonstrations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to showcase the company's products and solutions.
  • Check on the competitor price list.
  • Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, and sales presentations.
  • Engage with customers to identify their technical requirements, provide product information, and address technical queries.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer environments and demonstrate how the product can meet their needs.
  • Monitor and follow up on each project delivery time.
  • Follow up and support the payment collection process.
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and effective project execution.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to address any technical challenges and ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on technical support activities, client interactions, and project status.
  • Document and track technical issues, client feedback, and project outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and effective problem resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of technical documentation, including project proposals, solution designs, and implementation plans.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities, technical challenges, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 -3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Computer skills: CRM, MS office
