Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and fit-out sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the operations and estimation teams to align client requirements with project capabilities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, track market trends, and provide feedback to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture preferred).
- Experience: 49 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or project engineering within a main contractor or fit-out construction company in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market, bidding processes, and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Established network with consultants, developers, and clients in KSA is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
