Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role located on-site in New Cairo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product demonstrations, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing proposals, offering technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the sales process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automation, lighting, security, or a related field is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field is preferred.
• Sales and Communication skills to effectively identify client needs, pitch solutions, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, including understanding and proposing tailored automation solutions.
• Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to deliver optimal solutions.
