Job Description

Our client is a diversified energy operator delivering fuel, logistics, trading, and clean energy solutions across the region. They deliver integrated energy solutions across trading, terminal storage, B2B distribution, and renewables, with operations spanning the UAE and expanding regionally.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Engineer - Charging Station to drive B2B growth in our Electric Vehicle (EV) division. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle with a strong emphasis on understanding EV technologies and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, combined with technical acumen in the EV or clean energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and approach potential corporate clients (fleet operators, logistics firms, government entities, developers, etc.) to promote EV solutions and infrastructure.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Client Management: Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Technical Consultations: Provide technical insights on EV offerings, including vehicles, charging solutions, and infrastructure setup.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, proposals, and technical specifications.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the EV sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of EV solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools and regularly report on progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • B2B sales experience, ideally within the automotive, energy, or EV sectors.
  • Solid understanding of EV technologies, charging infrastructure, and energy solutions.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, business negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and government relations.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and market entry strategies.
  • Ability to develop business cases and financial models for partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
