Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at Values Home Furniture, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their furniture needs, providing technical support and expertise, preparing cost estimates, and creating tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. The role involves conducting sales presentations, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with the ability to design and recommend technical products and solutions.
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey technical details in a customer-friendly manner and collaborate with internal teams.
• Experience in providing Technical Support to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Problem-solving ability and detail-oriented approach in meeting client needs and resolving issues efficiently.
• Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is an advantage.
