Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for Sales Engineer who is responsible for promoting, selling, and technically supporting precast concrete solutions for construction projects. The role combines technical expertise with sales skills to develop client relationships, identify project opportunities, and provide optimized precast solutions that meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in precast concrete products (walls, beams, columns, slabs, facades, infrastructure elements, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to propose suitable precast solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and value engineering options.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and site visits with clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Track project progress from inquiry to award and handover to execution teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales technical support and follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- +5 Years of experience in sales or technical roles within precast concrete or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, structural concepts, and construction methods.
- Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and contract practices.

- Strong technical understanding combined with sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and technical submittals.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM tools is an advantage.
