Sales Engineer – Paints & Coatings

Kemipex is looking for a Sales Engineer – Paints & Coatings to drive business growth across the paints, coatings, and specialty chemicals sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with paint & coatings manufacturers, formulators, and key customers.
• Drive sales, new business development, and achieve revenue/margin targets.
• Understand customer formulations and provide technical product solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical discussions with customers.
• Work closely with R&D, procurement, and technical teams to drive product approvals.
• Track market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical sales within paints, coatings, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of coatings/raw materials/additives/resins.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
