Job Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide technical support and guidance to the sales team and end customers. You will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, and driving sales growth. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise all relevant incoming inquiries and tenders efficiently, ensuring the most favorable response is provided to the customer.
- Compile all necessary supportive documents, samples, and submittals, and present them to customers to enhance KSC's opportunities.
- Coordinate with the department's coordinator and demand planning to prepare necessary materials and ensure that customers receive these materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations to understand their needs and provide personalized technical solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to evaluate customer requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and provide technical guidance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Observe and analyze competitors activities, reporting findings to sales management.
- Arrange techno-commercial meetings and offer all available technical support to improve KSC's visibility and presence in the market, following coordination with relevant parties.
- Provide effective and timely reports to management.
- Manage customer relationships in a professional manner.
- Identify and track all related projects, ensuring close follow-up to maximize realization.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, particularly the number of customers who are very satisfied.
- Ensure timely collection and clearance of all customer payments to prevent overdue accounts.
- Update the database for all projects accurately through CRM, ensuring data integrity.
- Prevent inaccurate forecasts that could lead to financial costs associated with excess stock.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate customer requirements, gather feedback, and contribute to product development and improvement.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry conferences to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on product advancements.
- Provide input and insights to the marketing team for the development of technical marketing materials, product documentation, and sales collateral.

Qualifications
