Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, located in Egypt. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the technical sales process, delivering presentations, assisting with product selection, and offering post-sale technical support. While the role is based in Cairo, the flexibility to work remotely is provided for some responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and the technical aspects of selling solutions
  • Strong Technical Support skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service for maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with firefighting equipment and industry technologies is a plus
  • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
