Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Qesm El Obour. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding and presenting technical information about Mobelyaat's products, providing expert technical support during the pre-sales process, and designing tailored furniture solutions to meet customer requirements. The role includes fostering relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals. The Sales Engineer will represent the company's commitment to quality and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support experience to effectively address customer needs and technical inquiries.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional Communication skills to clearly present technical concepts and solutions to clients and team members.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Experience in the furniture manufacturing or design industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
