- 5-10 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial services, oil & gas, or power sectors
- Proven experience in selling services such as chemical cleaning, descaling, hydro blasting, lube oil flushing and filtration, or related maintenance solutions
- Strong understanding of industrial plant systems, including heat exchangers, boilers, pipelines, and turbomachinery
- Established relationships with key stakeholders including:
- End users (Maintenance/ Rotating Equipment Engineers)
- Shutdown/ maintenance contractors
- EPC contractors
in the following sectors:
- Oil & Gas (upstream, downstream, refineries)
- Petrochemicals
- Power generation and desalination plants
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Experience coordinating service delivery, including mobilization, site execution, and client interfacing during shutdowns/turnarounds
- Good understanding of local regulatory requirements, including import/ export regulations, HSE standards, chemical handling, and waste disposal regulations
- Familiarity with vendor registration processes and tendering procedures within major operators and industrial clients
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to independently manage the Kuwait market, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the capability to operate with minimal supervision from regional headquarters
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
