Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, understanding their needs to recommend suitable solutions, and facilitating the implementation of smart home systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales teams to identify and meet client requirements, delivering product demonstrations, assisting in pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical product solutions.
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to provide effective Technical Support during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
