Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer Security Systems to support our sales team by presenting and delivering advanced security solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing skills to drive solution sales across industrial and enterprise clients.

Requirement:

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose optimal security solutions.

Work closely with Design team and engineer end-to-end security systems including:

CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)

Access Control Systems

Intrusion Detection & Perimeter Security

Video Analytics & AI-based Security Solutions

Integrated Security Platforms (PSIM)

Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.

Provide pre-sales technical support including RFP/RFQ responses.

Liaise with vendors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams.

Ensure solutions comply with relevant standards and client specifications.

Support project handover to delivery teams and assist during implementation when required.

Stay updated on emerging security technologies, products, and market trends.

Mentor junior sales engineers and provide technical leadership.

Taking care of Project Invoicing and Receivables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field).

Arabic and English Excellent oral and written communication skills.

57+ years of experience in sales engineering or solution design for security systems.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • CCTV (IP & Analog), VMS platforms
  • Access Control systems
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, bandwidth calculations)
  • Experience with enterprise and large-scale security projects.
  • Ability to create technical drawings, system architecture, and BOMs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
