Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for addressing client technical inquiries and providing tailored solutions, supporting the sales process with their technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and excellent service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to drive product success and delivering technical presentations to prospective clients.

• Experience in Sales Engineering and ability to apply technical knowledge to support sales processes.
• Proficiency in Technical Support to assist customers and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent Sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to fast-paced scenarios.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Previous experience in the industrial or construction sectors is a plus.
