Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the welding, safety and industrial sectors.
  • Present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide technical expertise to recommend tailored welding solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop new markets and improve sales.
  • Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Understand each customer's business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions.
  • Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as they relate to products, markets, and competitors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity.
  • Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic institution.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in the industrial products sector
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales of Welding or Safety products.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding processes, applications, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Can work well under pressure.
  • With a valid UAE driving license.
