Roles and responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the welding, safety and industrial sectors.
- Present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide technical expertise to recommend tailored welding solutions that address customer challenges.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new markets and improve sales.
- Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
- Understand each customer's business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions.
- Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as they relate to products, markets, and competitors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity.
- Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic institution.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance in the industrial products sector
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales of Welding or Safety products.
- In-depth knowledge of welding processes, applications, and industry-specific requirements.
- Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Can work well under pressure.
- With a valid UAE driving license.
