Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineering Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Sales Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee and manage engineering teams, ensuring efficient execution of projects, and coordinate day-to-day activities to meet project requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising technical sales processes, managing project timelines, facilitating maintenance and repair activities, and conducting construction oversight. The role also involves collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and coordination
  • Experience in Engineering Management and optimizing engineering workflows
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair to ensure system functionality and reliability
  • Expertise in Construction with an understanding of technical drawings and onsite execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; higher qualifications are a plus
  • Experience in sales and client relationship management in a technical field is beneficial
