Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, promoting the coworking space's offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with current members, generating leads, attending networking events, and strategically expanding the member base of 302Labs.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques
  • Background in marketing and relationship management
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Egyptian market dynamics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, coworking spaces, or similar industries is beneficial
