Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients to introduce the company's insurance products and services.
  • Generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and explain insurance solutions to clients based on their needs.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare sales reports and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good command of English (Minimum B2 level).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
