Job Description

Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom sales by promoting and selling automotive accessories and 4x4 products to walk-in customers, as well as handling inbound inquiries received via telephone, WhatsApp, and digital channels, in addition to conducting outdoor and field sales through visits to corporate clients, workshops, and dealers. The role focuses on delivering an excellent showroom experience, understanding customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, and managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery. The position plays a key role in achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and representing the company's brand with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Sales & Customer Experience

  • Manage daily showroom sales activities and engage walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Understand customer vehicle requirements, usage, and budgets to recommend suitable 4x4 accessories and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and installation processes clearly.
  • Ensure showroom displays, product shelves, and merchandising are well-presented and aligned with brand standards.
  • Convert showroom inquiries into confirmed sales through effective consultation and follow-up.

Sales Operations

  • Promote and sell automotive accessories and 4x4 products to retail customers, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry, order confirmation, and payment to delivery and installation coordination.
  • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support by handling inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and technical teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Update CRM systems with customer interactions, showroom visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and share performance updates with the General Manager.
  • Support promotions, showroom campaigns, product launches, and sales events when required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or 4x4 sales.
  • Strong understanding of automotive accessories, 4x4 products, and off-road market requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience handling walk-in customers, corporate inquiries, and dealer accounts.
  • Outdoor sales experience (field sales, visits to corporate clients, workshops, or dealers) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
  • Valid UAE driving license.
