Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Silsal, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with potential clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to refine business development strategies.
Client Acquisition: Lead the identification, outreach, and acquisition of new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional follow-ups, performance management, and customer service.
Proposal Development: Develop tailored proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and address client needs.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales pipelines, and business development activities. Provide regular reports and insights to management to evaluate progress and inform strategic decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with company goals and initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiencies, and drive innovation within the business development function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within retail and E-Commerce.
Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Arabic language is a must.
