ELE Interiors is a friendly, boutique Interior Design company committed to delivering outstanding design solutions globally. We're looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of our client relationships. This role is ideal for someone assertive and presentable, both over the phone and in-person, to deal with high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The position requires a highly organised individual who is confident in working independently and has a strong understanding of reporting, document organisation, and CRM systems.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, generating new business, and overseeing all aspects of the sales process. You will take the lead on client meetings, closing sales, and exploring new opportunities to drive business growth. There will be increased responsibilities as you progress, including team leadership and mentoring junior sales staff. This is a dynamic and challenging role with room for career advancement, along with commission-based rewards tied to your sales performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic, Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, social media platforms, email, and text.
- Sales Presentations: Lead engaging presentations, addressing client needs with creative, customized design concepts.
- Studio Meetings: Coordinate client meetings and ensure studio preparation with admin support.
- Brand Representation: Present bespoke design services, highlighting tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Keep client data and sales activities up-to-date in the CRM.
- Sales Support: Create & amend proposals depending on project requirements, and ensure all documents are processed and signed in a timely manner. Assist with other administration tasks as necessary.
- Document Organisation: Save & organise client documents in shared folders, coordinating with the admin team to keep files current.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work with Marketing to track lead sources and assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Create company profiles & portfolios for sales pitches. Occasionally assist with Marketing Administration work
- Reporting & Coordination: Attend daily sales meetings, assist with progress reports, and update the team on client activities.
