Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, combining on-site work in Jeddah and flexible work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Aurora Marketing Group's solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales quotas, preparing sales forecasts, collaborating with team members on strategies, and attending client meetings to secure and manage accounts.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge or experience in marketing solutions, business development, or related industries is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in a team
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is an added advantage
