Our prestigious client is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive (B2B)- Seafood to spearhead their expansion in the GCC market.

This role is based in Dubai, designed for a strategic thinker with strong industry connections and the ability to build and scale the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the GCC region, particularly in the B2B sector.

  • Create and execute a robust business development strategy to establish and expand the companys presence in the seafood market.
  • Oversee all aspects of client engagement, from initial contact to tailored solutions, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the seafood production industry, with a focus on B2B sales and business development.
  • Established network within the seafood industry in the GCC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale businesses through strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Based in Dubai, UAE, with the willingness to travel within the GCC region as needed.
