Job Description

Job Location: Kuwait - Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell building materials across the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent client relationships, and in-depth knowledge of the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and traders
  • Conduct regular outdoor visits to construction sites, retail outlets, and project locations
  • Promote building materials and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payments
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly

Qualifications & Requirements:

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–8 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Added Advantage

  • Experience in plywood, wood, laminates, timber, MDF, veneer, and related wood-based products.
