Our client is a well-established international manufacturer in the building materials industry, expanding its footprint across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This is a standalone, hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to build a market, not wait for one.
You will be the face of the business on the ground, owning relationships, growing distribution, and driving commercial results in a complex, fast-moving market.
What you will do
- Own and grow sales activities across Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue
- Drive market penetration in a developing / expansion phase
- Track performance, pipeline, and market feedback with discipline
- Work closely with regional HQ teams on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market
- Monitor competitors and market dynamics to sharpen commercial strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle, including after-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction
What kind of profile fits
- 36+ years of B2B sales experience within building materials / construction-related industries
- (tiles, ceramics, flooring, construction solutions, architectural materials, etc.)
- Proven exposure to the Saudi market (local network is a strong plus)
- Comfortable operating independently in a standalone role
- Commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and execution-focused
- Able to enter a technical product space without long onboarding
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Based in Riyadh (or ready to relocate) with frequent regional travel
