Role Description

  • The purpose of this position is to promote and sell garage repair and maintenance services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • The role will focus on acquiring Corporate Clients (Fleet companies, Rent-a-car, Logistics & Transport companies) and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • This role requires daily field visits, proposal follow-ups, quotation negotiations, and close coordination with the workshop team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License (daily client visits required).
  • Proven track record in attracting corporate clients
  • Minimum 12 years experience in Automobile Garage / Workshop / Spare Parts / Fleet Maintenance Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair, servicing procedures, and pricing.
  • Ability to generate new clients and maintain existing accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
