About the Role
The successful candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs and propose suitable technology and security solutions.
You will work to deliver professional solutions to enterprise, corporate, and government clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Generate new business from corporate and enterprise clients
- Manage and qualify leads from different channels
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and system demos
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 1 - 5 years of B2B sales experience (technology/systems preferred)
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs
- Good computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM)
- Willing to visit clients when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security systems, access control, ANPR, or IT solutions
- Experience dealing with corporate or government entities
- Strong presentation skills
- Understanding of solution-based selling
- Own car (plus, not mandatory)
