We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cairo. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with a solid sales background and a strong passion for providing efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage business relationships with local and international clients.
- Identify and approach new clients through various channels (networking, trade fairs, industry events, etc.).
- Stay updated on market trends, rates, and relevant local and regional regulations.
- Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with a results-driven and strategic mindset.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Mozambican and regional markets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Travel periodically for client meetings and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or International Trade).
- Proven theoretical and practical knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Good command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with strong networking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented, capable of working under pressure and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, show initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
