Job Position: Sales Executive (Emiratization)
Location: Abu Dhbai (onsite)
Salary: upto AED 12,000
Experience : 2 years minimum (B2B)
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities across assigned sectors and territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and commercial terms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and management) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
